These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the website at reninvest.com.au and any enquiry, request, or interaction you have with Reninvest through this website.

"Reninvest", "we", "us", and "our" mean DK Development Group Pty Ltd (ABN [INSERT ABN]), trading as Reninvest. "You" and "your" mean the person using the website or making an enquiry.

By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

The information on this website is provided in good faith, for general information about Reninvest's services. Property values, sale-uplift figures, project timelines, and example case studies are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome on your property.


You agree not to:


• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, the server it runs on, or any connected database.
• Submit information that you don't have the right to provide (for example, the contact details of someone who hasn't given you permission).
• Use any automated tool to scrape, copy, or collect content from the website without our prior written consent.

When you submit an enquiry through this website, we'll contact you to arrange an initial conversation. If we agree to proceed, we'll inspect your property and prepare a written quote.


An enquiry, an assessment, and a verbal estimate are not a binding agreement to perform work. No work will commence until you and Reninvest have signed a written contract setting out the scope, price, timeline, and inclusions for your specific project.


Until that written contract is signed, either party can walk away at no cost.

If you accept our quote, we'll provide you with a written contract for the works. That contract — not this website and not these Terms — is the binding agreement that governs the renovation itself, including the scope of works, the price, the payment terms, the timeline, warranties, variations, and dispute resolution.

Renovation works performed by Reninvest are carried out under the relevant NSW builder's licence held by DK Development Group Pty Ltd, and are subject to the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW) and any other building laws that apply.

If you'd like to use a deferred-payment option for your renovation, we may refer you to our finance partner Elepay (Elevare Pay Easy Pty Ltd, ACN 634 728 591).

What this means in practice:

• Reninvest is not a credit provider. We do not provide finance, do not act on Elepay's behalf, and do not give credit advice or recommendations.
• Elepay handles their own pre-approval process. If you ask us to refer you, Elepay will collect any information they need from you directly to assess whether you qualify.
• Any finance contract is between you and Elepay. If you choose to proceed, you'll enter into a contractual relationship directly with Elepay. Reninvest is not a party to that agreement.
• Elepay's terms apply to that relationship. The terms, fees, eligibility criteria, and complaint pathways for Elepay's product are governed entirely by Elepay's own documentation, which they will provide to you.

You can find Elepay at elepay.com.au. Any questions or concerns about Elepay's product, pre-approval process, fees, or contract should be directed to Elepay.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and any information on it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that the website will be available without interruption or free from errors.

Any forecasts, examples, projections, or case studies on the website are based on past projects or general market data. They are not a representation that your property will achieve any particular sale price, sale timeline, or return on investment. Property markets fluctuate and every property is different.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law where doing so is not permitted.

Where we're entitled to limit our liability under those laws, our liability for breach of any consumer guarantee in relation to a service is limited (at our option) to:

• supplying the services again; or
• the cost of having the services supplied again.

Subject to Section 7, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Reninvest is not liable for:

• Indirect, special, or consequential loss (including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of business).
• Any decision you make based on general information on the website (rather than a written quote and contract for your specific project).
• Any actions, decisions, fees, or contracts of Elepay or any other third party we may refer you to.

The content on this website — including the Reninvest name and logo, written copy, photos, case studies, and design elements — is owned by, or licensed to, DK Development Group Pty Ltd. You may view and share the website for your personal, non-commercial use, but you can't copy, republish, or reuse the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

How we handle the personal information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the way we handle your information as set out in that policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Reninvest agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
