• Device and usage information — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source.
• Cookies and tracking technologies — including the Meta Pixel (see Section 5).

2.3 Information from third parties

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — when you click on our ads or submit a Lead Form, we receive your contact details and ad-interaction data from Meta.
• Public sources — we may verify property details using publicly available real estate data.

We use your personal information to:


• Assess your property, scope works, and prepare quotes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and (with your permission) your real estate agent.
• Communicate with you about your enquiry, booking, or live project.
• Improve our website and measure the performance of our advertising.
• Meet our legal, tax, and building-record obligations.
• Send you marketing about our services (you can opt out at any time — see Section 7).


We do not sell your personal information.

If you tell us you'd like to use our deferred-payment option, we'll refer you to our finance partner Elepay (Elevare Pay Easy Pty Ltd, ACN 634 728 591). Elepay is the finance provider — Reninvest is not.
With your consent, we may pass on the contact and project information you've already given us so Elepay can begin their pre-approval process. From that point, your dealings with Elepay are directly between you and Elepay, and any further information you provide to them is handled under Elepay's own privacy policy, available at elepay.com.au.

Our website uses cookies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel, which sends data about your visit to Meta so we can measure ad performance, retarget visitors who didn't complete a form, and find similar audiences.
Meta processes this data under Meta's data policy. You can manage how Meta uses your data through your Facebook or Instagram "Ads Preferences", and you can disable cookies through your browser settings.

We may share your personal information with:


• Subcontractors and trades performing work on your project.
• Real estate agents appointed to sell the property — only with your consent and only to coordinate the renovation with the sale campaign.
• Service providers who help us run our business — including our website host, CRM, email platform, accounting software, and analytics providers.
• Professional advisors — our lawyers, accountants, and insurers, where necessary.
• Regulators or law enforcement — where we are legally required to disclose information.


Some of these providers (for example, Meta and our analytics platforms) store data outside Australia, typically in the United States. By using our website, you consent to your information being transferred to those jurisdictions.

We may send you marketing communications about our services. You can opt out at any time — every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any SMS. Opting out won't affect transactional communications about a live project.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Our systems use industry-standard encryption, and access is limited to staff and contractors who need it. No system is 100% secure, but if we ever experience a data breach likely to cause serious harm, we'll notify you and the OAIC under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

• Enquiries that don't progress — up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
• Active or completed projects — for the project duration plus 7 years (in line with our tax and building-record obligations).
• Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a suppression record only.

You have the right to:


• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to any legal obligations to keep it).
• Withdraw your consent to direct marketing.
• Make a complaint about how we've handled your information.
