You've got a 90-day selling window built in. Here's how it works: we only take on renovations we can complete within 90 days of contract signing. Our finance partner Elepay then needs the funds recovered within 6 months of that same date. That gives you a full 90 days after the renovation is finished to run your campaign, sell the property, and settle, before anything is owed.
If the sale takes longer than that, we work with you and Elepay on a repayment plan that fits your situation. The terms are disclosed in writing before you sign, so there are no surprises.
Most properties listed during the build window sell well within their first campaign period when the prep work is done properly. The 90-day buffer is there to give you breathing room, not to put you under pressure.
It's a finance facility provided through our accredited partner Elepay, and yes, you'll go through a standard credit assessment before approval. Whether it shows on your credit file depends on Elepay's reporting policy, which we'll walk you through in plain English before you sign anything. No surprises, no fine print sprung on you at settlement.

Before any work starts, we calculate the realistic sale-price lift based on what your suburb's recent sales actually show. If the numbers don't justify the renovation, we'll tell you.
